Can I change packages after I start?
Yes. If your needs grow, we'll move you to a higher-tier retainer or scope additional projects alongside your current arrangement. We don't lock you into contracts you've outgrown.
What formats do you deliver files in?
Whatever your team or printer needs. Standard delivery includes PDF, PNG (transparent background for logos), AI or EPS for print, and Figma files for digital. We adapt to your workflow.
How do the revision rounds work?
You review the design and consolidate all feedback into one document. We implement that feedback in round 1. You review again and give final feedback for round 2. This keeps the process clean and protects timelines.
Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We have clients globally and work entirely remotely. All project management is handled through Notion and communication via email and WhatsApp, regardless of time zone.
What happens after the 2 revision rounds?
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at an hourly rate. In practice, the brief-to-delivery process is tight enough that most projects are finalised within the included rounds.
