Print Specifications
All print-ready files are delivered at 300 DPI with CMYK colour profile, 3mm bleed, and crop marks. Fonts are outlined or embedded. We provide printer-ready PDFs that any repro shop or commercial print vendor in India can use directly without additional setup.
If you have an existing relationship with a printer, share their specifications and we design to match exactly. If you don't, we follow standard commercial print specifications that work with offset and digital presses across India.

Digital Presentation Files
Pitch decks and presentation materials are delivered in editable format — Google Slides or PowerPoint — with master slides configured so your team can update content without disrupting the layout. We include a brief slide guide explaining which elements are editable and which are locked for brand consistency.
If you need a presentation that will be shared digitally and projected in a room, we optimise for both — legible typography at screen size, print-quality imagery for high-resolution display, and clear visual hierarchy that communicates fast in a live meeting.
Process and Turnaround
We start with a structured brief covering scope, format, page count, and content. From there: layout design, content placement and refinement, two revision rounds, then final delivery in print-ready and digital formats.
Standard turnaround is 7 business days per deliverable from brief approval. Rush delivery is available at a 1.5× premium for trade shows, investor meetings, and hard launch dates. Multi-format projects — for example, a brochure, a pitch deck, and a roll-up banner as a single project — are scoped together and priced as a bundle.
